They are assigned through an Institutional Adoption and Custody System intended for accredited collectors, museums, and patrons who guarantee their preservation and historical valuation.

For qualified patrons, we assign a custody fee representing up to 40% below standard gallery prices, acting as a guarantee for historical adoption.

Compared to their extraordinary technical quality, thematic richness, and stylistic diversity, the current valuation of Benjamín De León’s masterpieces remains highly accessible when compared to far inferior market pieces. Benjamín De León is a generous artist who keeps no artworks for himself, giving all of them in adoption to society. Likewise, Benjamín Art Gallery (owned by Oscar Mendoza Camino, named in his honor) reserves a lifetime compensation percentage for the master artist from every assignment made by the gallery.
